5 bugs.gentoo.org, search for an existing bug report to add a comment
6 to. If it has been in testing for awhile (more than 30 days), and you
7 don't find a suitable existing bug report to comment on, you can file
8 a stabilization request bug. Search bugzilla for "stabilize" if you
9 want examples of this...
