1	I would like to provide some patches for the Gentoo documentation. What
2	is the best way to do this? I can imagine it's something like:

4	1 Download xml
5	2 Adjust
6	3 Create patch
7	4 Upload to bugzilla

9	Is this the correct way? And if so what is the best way to download the
10	xml? Which url should I use?
