[gentoo-web-user] Off Topic: looking for a RAD tool

Hi, All


I've being looking for a Rapid Application Development tool for a while
now, without success.

I would like to know if is there any tool, preferably web based, that a
selected user could build interface screens to a database and also help
him/her to build the tables of the database.

For the last part, there's phpMyAdmin, which is OK.  Any one knows
something for the firs part?  Or is it time to sit in front of the
keyboard and come up with something new for that? ;)
