I did a quick layout of planet.gentoo.org

The headers of the individual feeds needs to be worked out color wise.
The html for that page is severly wacked out. I had to clean up a
million dangling </p> tags and other things. When this redesign goes
live the script that generates the planet content is going to have to
be cleaned up. The headers were not generated the same way for each dev
and I didn't feel like cleaning it all up so this is just a rough idea
of what it should look like.
