We can't do this without significantly reducing the value that those spots |

hold. If we make it simple for everyone to hide those ads, advertisers |

aren't going to be willing to pay as much (through donated services) to |
15 |
have their ads placed there. The ad bar needs to remain visible at all |
16 |
times. (and yes, I realize things like Firefox's AdBlock extension can do |

the same thing) |
