Thanks for your work. Maybe you can try to synchronize with grozin to
review it, as it seems to write an ebuild too, see Bug 421513 [1].

In order to add it to the tree, one will need to add the
common-lisp-3.eclass to the tree first. There are plans to move the
eclass to the tree, but I don't know the exact roadmap.
I personnaly won't move it to the overlay, common-lisp stuff is out of
my understanding at the moment. Maybe you can ask for a overlay
access?
