| 1 | I ran spd-conf in speech-dispatcher. One thing that worked in chrooted |
| 2 | environment was alsa when spd-conf played the wav file I heard the three |

| 4 | I may need to initialize alsa to get it to write enough so I can save a |
| 5 | configuration once I get it right. This though is progress. |
