[gentoo-alt] /usr/ucb/cc called when stage3 executing for app-misc/pax-utils

Hi all,

Just building prefix on Solaris 10 (sparc) and it failed during stage3 
for app-misc/pax-utils because the build tried to call 'cc', and 
therefore tried to execute '/usr/ucb/cc' and said 'language optional 
software package not installed'.

Seems as though the install process should add the CC= to make just as 
the build does.

Attached the build.log to show the fault.
