I updated the 2.7.3 ebuild to include the patch for Cygwin now.  I put
the 2.7.3 patched sources here:
http://dev.gentoo.org/~grobian/distfiles/python-2.7.3-patched.tar.bz2

I updated the bootstrap-prefix.sh script to use the 2.7.3 patched
sources iso 2.7.2 patched sources now too.
