13 I don't know how workable this would be, but we could run prefix as
14 an unprivileged user and then use sudo in the user creation
15 functions / chowning portions. That way you wouldn't have to worry
16 about prefix trampling stuff outside of the prefix, but still get
17 some of the other features of being root.
