[gentoo-alt] Prefix hijacking

It appears that my Prefix has been hijacked

This is after a sync on 1/17/2016 where glib was upgraded

There was a sync on 1/25/2016 with two package upgrades and now after
a sync on 2/12/2016

emerge -1p dev-libs/glib

Any ideas as to why I now have no valid ARCH set? The
etc/portage/make.profile symlink is in place
