I'm trying to emerge dvdrip on gentoo-amd64. I'm stuck with a compile error on |

I have two questions: |

a) I don't really understand why dvdrip depends on gnome-print |

b) IF this dependance is not really a must, is it possible to tell emerge not |

to install it and go on with the next package? |

And a third question might be: I've installed mplayer-32 to have vmw support. |

Would it be possible to install mplayer (64) as well to try acidrip in 64 bit |

mode (assuming I can compile acidrip in 64 bit, which I did not try). |
