8 This is not exactly what is needed. Basically the easiest thing is to unplug
9 the device. Do a dmesg. Plug the device. Do a dmesg. The new lines are
10 interesting. I think however that the others are right that you don't have
11 the proper driver in your kernel. As you say that you have a driver
12 available, make sure that this module is loaded / compiled into your kernel
13 before pluggin in the device.
