One last finishing note: disabling SMP is definitely crucial, but maybe you |

misunderstood APIC (Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller) for ACPI |

(the power mgmt system). Maybe disabling SMP would be just enough, because |

you might want to have ACPI in your kernel. But also maybe |
| 12 |
it's all necessary and you should ignore this. :) |
