29 Yes, they are related, probably because you had the xmms use flag
30 enabled, which is now masked along with xmms.

32 emerge -C xmms # remove xmms from your system
33 emerge --newuse world # rebuild anything that used xmms
34 revdep-rebuild # rebuild anything still broken by removing xmms

36 If you *really* want to keep xmms, you can copy the masked packages to
37 a local overlay and unmask them in package.unmask.
