Well, it depends on what you want to do. If you wanted to use the new |

version, yes. Installing a new version doesn't change the currently |

selected one if the new version is in a different slot. (If it's the |

same slot, like 4.3.1 and 4.3.2 would be as long as USE=-multislot, if |

gcc-config points to that slot, it still will after the upgrade and |

you'll get the new one automatically, but only if it's the same slot.) |
