I did a bit of research on this the last time it came up. It's a crash |

catcher library, taking a trace and allowing users to send in a bug |

report if desired, all wrapped up in a nice GUI presentation. It isn't |

required and won't affect normal operation. |

IOW, don't worry about it unless you have enough crashes to justify |

installing the crash interceptor, since that's its only function. |
