for me it works. check the following question : |

in /usr directory you can have "strange /lib6464 library": |

so, go into /usr and if you have : |

copy all files from it to /lib64 |

all problems I had with gcc-4.1.1 migration where caused because of |

this. last night I succesfully compiled my system without any errors, |

but I had for 2 weeks some strange problems, which where going more |

stressing each upgrade I was doing. |

then, I had the "libpopt" errors during 50% of compilations. and then I |

started to really look for the reason. |
