I'm not getting glx due to a missing symbol that I've yet to track down (I |

tracked down a few others, but not that one) running xf86-video-ati |

(Radeon 9250, as I said). So I'm not getting it anyway. However, with |

the improvements of gcc 4.1 and my CFLAGS, plus the fact that I'm running |

a dual Opteron, speed is still slow but now tolerable, at least. CPU |

utilization is running 50-80% of one CPU, which would be unacceptable if |

that was all I had, but with the dual Opteron, as I said, it's at least |
| 29 |
tolerable now. I can probably do a bit more tweaking and get it a bit |

better, and if I can trace that glx missing symbol down as well, it should |

be fine. |
