18 Do you have sip installed (seem to, from the error)? According to the
19 bug, either downgrading sip or upgrading to ~arch PyQt-3.17.3 should
20 work. I'd suggest taking a look at the bug, CCing yourself if you wish
21 and adding any additional comments, and going from there.
