Hello, |
2 |
|
3 |
About one month ago, my "emerge -uD --newuse world" stopped with |
4 |
following error message (see full log in the attachment): |
5 |
|
6 |
gcc: spec failure: unrecognized spec option 'v' |
7 |

make: *** [all-gcc] Error 2 |

18 |
!!! ERROR: sys-libs/libstdc++-v3-3.3.4 failed. |
19 |
|
20 |
The hints on the "Gentoo GCC Upgrade Guide" won't affect the result. I |
21 |
tried to compile the libstdc++ with the "old" gcc (v3.4.6) and also with |
22 |
the v4.1.1 - both with the same result again. |
23 |
|
24 |
My config ("emerge --info" is in the attachment): |
25 |
- I turned off the ccache |
26 |
- MAKEOPTS='-j3' is off |
27 |
- I tried with gcc 3.4.6 and 4.1.1 (also recompiled without $GCC_SPECS) |
28 |
|
29 |
|
30 |
Thanks in advance, |
31 |
Charly |
