Removed the shebang that got missed when it was moved & renamed to
main.py
I won't re-submit the patch.  It's just all moves with some path import
adjustments.  no real code changes.

Fixed in pending, available in my dev space repo which is temporaily a
backup for g.o.g.o which is down.
