Bugs fixed: 479062, 479456.

This release contains a fix for a regression in 2.0.13 where kernel
sources were not emerged with proper USE flags set. It also contains
a fix for a problem where firmware was not properly unpacked on the
Live CD. make.conf will now contain definitions for PORTDIR, PKGDIR,
and DISTDIR which provides compatibility in the case portage changes
the default locations.
