Here's a new man page which breaks the binary package discussion out
into its own section.  This gives me a bit more space to explain
what's going on.  I think that files/catalyst.conf should be stripped
back to only contain things that we thing are really important, since
the detailed information will be in the man page.  What options do
people actually tweak on a regular basis?  What other options do we
want to highlight?
