Please find attached a patch for |
2 |
targets/livecd-stage1/livecd-stage1-chroot.sh. It does a few things: |
3 |
|
4 |
1) Changes USE_ORDER so that /etc/portage/package.use can be used. |
5 |
|
6 |
2) Changes the behavior of 'verbose' mode, so that instead of a 15 second |
7 |
delay, the user is prompted for input. I just realized this may not be |
8 |
desired, as it would ruin automated builds, but for someone that wants to |
9 |
see the package list, 15 seconds is generally not enough. Perhaps this |
10 |
could be controled by different levels of verbosity, or another options? |
11 |
|
12 |
3) Kills all 'gconfd-2' processes. On a LiveCD that contains X and gnome |
13 |
components, gconfd-2 somehow manages to start, and with it running, when |
14 |
the target tries to unmount all the bind mounts, it fails. This allows it |
15 |
to complete succesfully. |
