[gentoo-catalyst] Madwifi driver and catalyst

Hi to all!
I am using net-wireless/madwifi-ng-tools-0.9.2 in the callback of my 
livecd-stage2, but the package don't get the KERNELPATH of the chroot env and 
still look for the host machine. I have opened also a bug for it:

Is there a way to avoid this problem using catalyst?
