Indeed. I wouldn't use them. At this point, most arches don't even |

build completely. Also, you don't have the 2008.0 snapshot (and you |

won't get it... :P) so the specs are useless, since we switched to a new |

multi-parent profile layout. In fact, it is this layout which is |

causing most of our problems. |

If you want *working* specs, grab 2007.0 (or even 2007.1) and work from |

there. Using the in-progress specs is *never* a good idea, since they |
15 |
could be broken, especially since most release coordinators don't update |
16 |
their specs in SVN until after things have built properly. |
