Team,

Its time to run the council election for the 2022-23 season.

In line with last years council election timing:
Nominations are Sunday, 22-06-05 00:00:00 until
Saturday 22-06-18 23:59:59

Voting Monday, 22-06-20 00:00:00 until
Sunday, 22-07-03 23:59:59

All times UTC.

That gives elections one day to set up the election in the middle.

This timing will give the incoming council time to hold their first
meeting in July.

The rules are in the usual place [1]

We have myself and dabbott as election officials so far and need
another two. That will give us one spare official in case real life
happens.

An infra contact is also required.

Volunteers should make themselves known in #gentoo-elections
and see [2].

The election officials and infra contact may not be election
candidates
