[gentoo-dev-announce] virtual/mpg123 is obsolete and shouldn't be used at all

MPG321 was a project by Debian people to replace MPG123. Since then,
MPG123 has become free (license wise) and now has lgpl-2.1 shared
library (libmpg123, which wine started using today in gentoo-x86),
pulseaudio support (and more outputs, can be selected at runtime) and
optimized decoders (even one from mplayer's trunk for x86_64 (SSE)).

So, from this day forward mpg321 is nothing but a mpg321. Just like
madplay is just a madplay.

Use media-sound/mpg123 in DEPENDs/RDEPENDs. I will try to delete the
virtual from portage asap, for now, it only pulls in mpg123...
