[gentoo-dev-announce] Devrel needs new members

As my first action after being elected as devrel lead, I charted the
number of active people in developer relations. As a result we could use
more members. If you are a user or existing developer interested in
handling personal conflicts, recruiting or retirement, please contact
me. Any regular contribution is useful and will benefit Gentoo as a whole.
