In preparation for the Trustee elections to be held in the new year the |

trustees have set a recording date of the close of the trustee meeting |
| 5 |
to be held on 16th January 2011. |

To stand or vote in the 2011 election, your membership must be approved |

by that date. |

To become members:- |

1) Gentoo Developers - email trustees@g.o from your g.o address. We can |
| 12 |
get everything else from LDAP. |
| 13 |

| 14 |
2) Non developers, send a GPG signed email to trustees@g.o with some |
| 15 |
detail of what you have done to contribute to gentoo and how the |
| 16 |
trustees can verify your contribution. |
| 17 |
|
| 18 |
Only Gentoo Foundation Inc. members can stand or vote in trustee |
| 19 |
elections. |
