| 1 | I am going to be removing the x86/no-nptl/2.4 profile today. It has |
| 2 | been deprecated since August and was slated to be removed some time |
| 3 | after November 1st. |

| 5 | I will not be touching the Alpha or SPARC 2.4 profiles, but encourage |
| 6 | both teams to take this time to evaluate whether they still want to |
| 7 | support 2.4 and leave the profiles or whether they should remove them. |
