6 Following the opening of bug 236863 (Tracker Bug for the bylaws of the
7 Gentoo Foundation Inc.) a proposed revision to the bylaws can be found
8 at http://xrl.us/ouqhk

10 The main changes are related to qualifications for membership. See
11 Section 4.3. Admission of Members.
12 If adopted, this revision allows developers to join the Foundation at
13 any time and non develpers to join based on verifible contribuitions to
14 the aims of the Foundation.

20 The bylaws update will be on the agenda for the trustees meeting to be
21 held at 1900 UTC on Sunday, November 16 and if approved, would come
22 into force 15 days later, in accordance with bylaws Article X
23 Amendment.
