Following the opening of bug 236863 (Tracker Bug for the bylaws of the |

The main changes are related to qualifications for membership. See |

If adopted, this revision allows developers to join the Foundation at |

any time and non develpers to join based on verifible contribuitions to |

the aims of the Foundation. |
