this is a reminder that we have less than 1 week left for voting.
We're currently at under 20% turnout, so all those that haven't cast a
vote yet, might want to do that now.

As we only have 4 manifestos listed in the election page[1], I'd suggest
candidates without one, to help increase turnout by publishing their
manifestos.
