I would like to point out that the purpose of gentoo-dev mailing list is
to facilitate technical discussion around Gentoo.  Its purpose is not to
provide priority user support to developers.  i would like to point out
that the knowledge of purpose of mailing lists is part of the developer
quiz, which in turn is prerequisite for having a developer status.
