5 Query isn't crippled. If anything: Bugzilla, as shipped, gives us a
6 suboptimal set of fields for our particular use case. If the package name
7 is in the Summary line like it should be, then it can be searched... but
8 since this relies on user input instead of a selection list, it's not
9 reliable.

11 It would be nice if there were a way to class & subclass maybe 5-6 levels
12 deep, without having to assign terms like "product" and "component" --
13 those levels could be named whatever is appropriate. Alas.
