10 yes but this excludes totally the ChangeLogs. Having the latest changes
11 handy may be useful.

13 Simply trying to equilibrate benefits and disadvantages,
14 for desktop user that care on changelogs only when emerge fail
15 and the network administrator that has a local rsync mirror and could
16 not care less of some additional MB transferred.
