1 | I think another good reason for treecleaning a package is if upstream for |
2 | the package stops supporting their package and recommends that you use |
3 | a new package. In this situation, once the new package hits stable, |
4 | there is really not a reason to keep the old package around. Instead, |
5 | any necessary transition to the new package should be done and the old |
6 | package should be treecleaned. |
