| 5 | I am trying to install the rc6-3 build image. I notice that after awhile, |
| 6 | the build switches to i486 and m486 instead of my make.conf options (i686). |
| 7 | This happens during the glibc and gcc complie. |

| 9 | Finally, when I do emerge system things are compiled (file is the first one) |
| 10 | with the 486 option. |
