[gentoo-dev] 2 new packages

Hi,

I just added media-sound/cdcd-0.5.0 (a cool little command line cd
player I use) and media-libs/libcdaudio-0.99.4 (a library required for
cdcd). Since the website for these packages is down for some reason, I
had to download them from another ftp site that had them, so I copied
them to my home directory on cvs.gentoo.org, if you want to put them
in the ibiblio mirror.
