[gentoo-dev] yet another modprobe change (.conf)

looks like modprobe is changing yet again such that all files in 
/etc/modprobe.d/ have to end in ".conf".  feel free to fix your ebuilds (a 
simple rename), but i'll do it whenever i notice.
