22 stabilized TOGETHER, because it is very likely that they break
23 otherwise. And that's exactly what happened. The maintainer was
24 probably aware of it, but didn't respond, so arch testers went ahead
25 and did not test reverse deps.

28 we now have a stable net-libs/libosip that cannot be installed when
29 you want to install stable net-libs/libeXosip... that is not a good
30 spot. Those libraries again should have been stabilized TOGETHER.
