First, of all, thanks for your answer! I am sorry, I think I exaggerated a |
12 |
bit. The situation is not that bad ;) |

Okay, doesn't matter. Nobody seemed to care about my new ebuild, so I wanted |
23 |
to find out what the problem is. Seems like if I really want to get in touch |
24 |
with the devs, I'll have to get my IRC client working.. |

After I wrote this mail, I did an "emerge sync" and saw those new mono and |
38 |
monodevelop ebuilds. Works. Great work. I know you are one of the driving |
39 |
powers behind monodevelop, so it's not a surprise that there is an ebuild at |
40 |
once. I think it's really cool you joined the Gentoo devs! |
41 |
|
42 |
I was thinking about some other ebuilds recently posted in bugzilla. This is |
43 |
qtcsharp (I know you don't like that too much), xsp and mod_mono (this was |
44 |
assigned to apache-bugs@). I think there are not a few people who are |
45 |
interested in those. Links to the relating bugs are attached. |

I just want those ebuilds to get into the portage tree! If no one feels |
57 |
responsible, I'd like to help you out and become a dev. My programming skills |
58 |
are quite good, although I didn't have any big .NET projects yet. |
59 |
|
60 |
So, what's the way..? |
