That's not entirely true.  KOrganizer is broken on amd64, both inside and 
outside of Kontact.  There are open bugs for this on our system and KDE's.   

Also, packages that depend on KDE will compile against the 3.3 libs not 
3.2...  So long as people understand that, it's fine.
