I guess I already filed several bugs about KHTML rendering of tables.
Most of them already have TESTCASES (not just link to some page)
Pls check:

Let's check bugs with testcases first, than there is a high chance that 
rendering on many other sites will be fixed!

As about Gentoo - they are Linux distro, so should be familiar what HTML is, 
and how to use Validator.
Simple check shows
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gentoo.org%2Fdoc%2Fbuild.html&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline
that their web page has fatal errors.
