20 just to make it clear, upstream never said such thing nor are they in
21 any way hostile to open source principles (I suppose you wouldn't state
22 that if you know subsurface's developers). subsurface is open source but
23 that does not mean that its developers have to care about every distro
24 or way to distribute it. history has shown for them that it not really
25 feasible to do so give the number of active contributes. furthermore
26 there were valid reasons for them to 'fork' some of subsurface's deps.
