Many thanks. This is really the best possible solution. Arch teams |

can stabilize packages at their discretion, and if they get in over |
| 8 |
their heads they can de-stabilize at their discretion. This gives the |
| 9 |
arch team the most control over their own workload and the experience |
| 10 |
of their users, while not being a burden on package maintainers |
| 11 |
either. |
