6 Many thanks. This is really the best possible solution. Arch teams
7 can stabilize packages at their discretion, and if they get in over
8 their heads they can de-stabilize at their discretion. This gives the
9 arch team the most control over their own workload and the experience
10 of their users, while not being a burden on package maintainers
11 either.
