| 2 | i think the portage is cool, but lack in working with precompiled binary |
| 3 | packages. I know Gentoo is "from source" distribution, but just small |
| 4 | patch will cover also this area. What if ebuild fetch check if there is |
| 5 | --usepkg (-k) option and if yes to download in |
| 6 | /etc/portage/packages/All. From here the process continue like normal. |
| 7 | Also maybe some variable (BINMIRROR or similar) will be need in |
