LINGUAS are already in USE_EXPAND so you can use them as linguas_en |

and linguas_fr just as any other USE flags. However, I think we should |

introduce new variable other than LINGUAS (see comment #58). LINGUAS |

approach doesn't handle language conflict in comment #36 (for example, |

Japanese and Russian patches conflict in media-sound/xmms), so I |

suggest Portage to implement USE_LOCALE and lang_prefer (or |
