1 The startde-script is distriubuted with the kdebase-package. In the ebuild
2 it will only be copied - not changed. It seems that Dan use a old
3 KDE-version like kde-2.1 where kde don't use this LD_BIND feature.

27 I had the same problem, and I compiled from sources (7-15-01 or
28 7-16-01), so that doesn't seem to be the problem. It may be that Dan is
29 using an older ebuild, though.
